holiday pay for mindees being off

when the mindee has the holiday be it school or family, do you do the 50% pay??

or do you charge this for 50% rate when they go on a family holiday! I am hoping this makes sence!!! I think Ive just confused myself!!!

well, when mine go away they pay full price, but they get two weeks free a year.

when i go away they don't pay.

my mindees get 4 weeks at half price then the rest of the time full fee unless they are on a term time only contract.

I don't charge for my time off.

Hi,

I charge half fee for all holidays, as a retainer and then, the parents pay me the other half for each of the days I am working at the beginning of the week I am wanted. That way, I know exactly the least amount I am definitely getting even before the month has started. Luckily my parents all pay me monthly in advance.

I'm the same, however saying that what about if a parent just takes a day off here and there? I have said that holidays have to be taken in a block of no less than 4 days and they get 2 weeks holiday and then its full fee, hope that makes sense and not too mean
