    Default recording assessments

I do my observations then cross-ref them to the Learning Journey sheets but you dont get much space to fill in. How many different types of evidence do you need to put down. If you continue to observe the same behaviour in different situations is it best to print out another copy and then fill that in or is it best just to put 1 piece of evidence then another with a different date etc this would give a wider picture of how the child has progressed through the time e.g 8-20 months is a long time and you would probably observe the same thing but towards the older age they may do things in a different way. I dont know if that makes sense

Are you meaning the assessment chart? i just record 3 dates (that refer to the obs) i think 3 is enough to ensure the child has achieved it. You can continue to record in your obs that aspect but after reaching it there is no need to keep carrying it over to the assessment chart.
