I hope to be able to help you with any questions you may have relating to the package. I am a member of the Noble Minder Team.

We offer a free 14 day trial to enable childminders to have a look at what tools the package can provide for their business.

We have the following testimony form one of our members which may be of help to you. Her name is Charlotte Melia and we have her permission to share this with members of the Childminding Forum.

‘I joined Noble Minder because as a new comer to Childminding I wanted to have support and also be organised in my business. Although I have been in childcare for nearly 20 years I only became a childminder a year ago.
I like the packages Noble Minder offer especially the observation sheets as being able to input it all electronically and print it off with the next steps there for you has been fantastic. The parents can see a real professional touch.

The support team have been great and are very friendly and approachable, I feel able to ask anything knowing they will respond immediately and signpost me in the right direction. A recent example of this was my first ever tax return which I found very daunting, Noble Minder put my mind at rest and talked me through my queries in easy steps.

The Noble Minder package is a daily working tool for me and I wouldn’t know what to do without it. Any childminder who wants to be professional in their business and needs a bit of guidance should support this package as it is very flexible and offers a lot.

Any suggestions I have made have been taken on board and acted on. The team are really enthusiastic and listen to what people need for their personal business.

All I can say is Thank you for making my workload easier and helping WOODLANDS CHILDCARE continue to be a success.’

I hope that goes some way to helping you, please visit www.nobleminder.co.uk to see more about the package.

If you have any more questions please ask.

    Thank you

    Sue

How do you mean it does the next steps? Does the system actualy work it out for you? What about confidentiality, don't realy like having anything on the computer, everything is handwritten (apart from policies and forms).
If we try the 14 day trial, there is no penalty?

    Hi

The testimony is written in the members own words.

For information regarding confidentiality refer to the following thread http://www.childmindinghelp.co.uk/fo...ad.php?t=51983

The trial is complete free there is no charge you can cancel at any time during your trial period. There is no obligation.

If I can answer any other questions for you please let me know.

    Thanks

    Lisa
