I ordered my new accounts book on Wednesday...

and it came today!!!!! Is this a sheer fluke or is NCMA back on the ball with deliveries? I ordered the accounts book now, so that it would be here in time for April, thats how my experience of NCMA delivery has been!

I hope they have sorted it all out now as my membership/insurance is up for renewal in May and I was thinking I would need to get it done mid Feb to make sure I had my cert in time! Last year I rejoined three weeks before my old one ran out and new one didn't get her til mid June!

my insurance runs out tomorrow and i oly realise don frieday that they haven't sent me a renewal, i called thme straight away and paid over the phone but what if i hadn't remembered
presumably they wouldn't have contacted me they probably thought i'd gone elsewhere

I have always had really slow service with NCMA

Maybe they have turned over a new leaf this year?
