Yes I do.
Even for weekly payers, i like to show them what they are actually paying for so if there are any issues we can spot errors etc. I know that most of the time they do same hours etc and so the total is always the same.
I also think its a polite way of saying 'can i have my money please?' especially for those who don't like discussing the money side of things.
Yes I do - I don't have any weekly payers though. I think it looks professional
Same as Minstrel - infact I sent her my invoice template!

I don't.
All my mindees are the same each week, except if it is holidays etc, and parents seem to be able to work out the correct figure easily enough on their own.
On the odd occassion the amount is out, I just add it onto a running account that I have (opening balalnce, plus weekly amount due, less payment received etc), and if the figure exceeds £5, then I print off a copy and give that to parent. Next payment always gets account back on track
I do... and keep a copy for your file
All sent!

I always do. Don't have any weekly payers but I would always isue invoices
We are also going to use invoices. we plan to give an invoice to each parent 7 days before payment is due so they know how much and they are reminded when they must pay.
im not acually sure where i got my invoice template...may have been on here? cant remember, its on excell. i print it off monthly and mums pay in arrears. only 2 mindees i charge from when they arrive till when they leave, the other 2 i charge set hours so i dont give them an ivnoice, they just pay me the same amount fortnightly through busy bees. i do print off invoices of the dates they have been with me though for my own records xx
