hi just wondering what foods you can freeze and how long can you freeze them for as anyone got any snack ideas.

Take a look in the freezers at your local supermarket, pretty much if they can freeze it so can you.
Shepherds pie, casserole, pizza, all sorts really, just ensure you follow health and safety guidelines with regard to cooking and freezing (eg cool quickly).
