Planning for Children In Need

Hi tomorrow I will have 2 children ages 2 and 4. I've got a topic web planning sheet for ideas on this subject for a fun day tomorrow, but what would be the best way of showing the planning for them both to go in their files?

Show what their interests are and how you have adapted the planning to meet them.

So if one is interested in colours because they have been doing colours at playgroup, you can plan for making spotty eye patches like Pudsey wears.
