    Default anti bac when?

I have a bottle of the antibac hand stuff so that when the children sneeze they use the hand wash straight away to try and stop some of the germs spreading, should i be doing this after everytime they cough aswell?? my son has astma so when he gets a cold he almost consantly coughing and would end up constantly using the anti bac stuff!! I also look after a little girl who wont clear her throught but keeps doing silly little coughs evey couple of seconds , I do tell her to clear her throat or do a big cough but she just stubbenly stares at me ,
so should the use the stuff just after they sneeze or when the cough and when they blow their noses aswell?

Get them to cough onto their shoulder or into their elbow rather than their hands as these areas do not touch so many surfaces unlike hands.
