    Default EY2 PANIC HELP

    Hi Guys

    urgent help needed, i have just had a letter from ofsted saying i need to fill in and EY2 form for each child in my care, just looked this form up its 24 pages long

    Has anyone else had to do this or do you think they have made a mistake in asking me to do so?

    never heard of them! have you had a look on ofsted site to see what they are. maybe for nurseries.

    I thought that was the form you had to fill in for assistants or family members over 16 in the house??

    phoned them. they apologised they had made a mistake only needed it if i work with an assistant (for the assistant) but i dont i work alongside another childminder

    Phew thank goodness for that
    and if you did would you need to complete one for every child - they want to do some checks on who they are employing over at ofsted hq!
