Register for school children

I'm doing before & after school for the first time, so haven't had to do my register for them before.

How do you fill in the times? I was thinking of putting them in from the time they arrive until the time they go into school, then again from when they come out of school until they go home.

Does this sound right?

I put 3 times for my after schoolers...

The time I am working from (responsible from)

The time they walk through the door

The time they leave

Yes ... also for ones I pick up.

I am responsible from 3 or 315 depending on the child.

But they maybe don't come out until 324 - quick check of watch in the playground...

It helps when I am billing

I see, I just put the times they get to me (come out of school or get to my house if coming on their own) as that's the time I'm responsible for them.
