    Default Weekly fees

still trying to figure these fees out for mum.

Do any of you have a weekly charge as opposed to hourly/daily and what are they compared to the hourly rate?

The shift worker will work 4 days 1 week with a day off being wed and the next week work late shift with a different day off so because i cannot have any other child she will effectively have to book 5 days with me so would it be best to have a flat weekly rate?

    Help?

If it was 4 days min I would charge that for both and elevate the fee slightly to allow for the 5th day.
