i have just spent about 2 hours doing the last 3 months accounts! does anyone else get behind on them?

I hate doing catch up with them as i'm sure i miss putting things down! and forget what ive bought!

i am determined to keep on top of them now and do them weekly, will only take a few mins then. see how long that lasts! lol

ive also done all my bills till christmas so NO ONE can have time off of change hours including ME! lol, or i will have to re do them all.

I have taken advice from others on here and I keep a little book by me now.

Whenever I spend anything or do any mileage it goes in the book.

It makes my accounts much easier

I use an A5 diary and it takes 3 mins each day to jot down where I have been and what I have spent.

I also keep ALL receipts, regardless of the value including parking tickets, and once they are in the book I throw what I don't need. It jogs my memory
