hi guys just wondering do you keep all your planning in a seperate folder or just in your main portfolio?

my weekly planning sits in one of those envelope type folders next to me
and at the end of each week it gets moved to the back of the pile and a new one popped in front. That way i can refer back to previous weeks. I'm always jotting things down, its kinda 'reflective' planning 
as well as pre-planned.
