    Default do you ever

get an enquiry and think - damn - wish I didn't have that other mindee signed up as that one would be even better?

I have a mindee signed up for mornings until April and have turned down a 1 yr old for 2 full days ongoing - groan groan -

I will be rewarded for my loyalty I am sure

I think this sort of thing often works out for the best. Maybe the full time would have messed you around, or let you down, or ended up as a very short term placement. Maybe there are more hours to come from your current nmindee... I am a fully signed up member of the everything works out OK in the end club

We should be aware of the 'grass is greener' syndrome! You never know the child might be awful and the full days would be horrific to get through.
