    Default Lovely Mum

I gave mindee's mum a father's day hand print placemat and card that mindee made today and she was over the moon. She wanted to hide them straight away as dad was coming to pick them up and was so excited by them.

She said, all this for the money you charge? That's what I call getting a lot for your money.

How nice is that? I was so happy I wanted to hug her!

Write it down, write it down.... and get her to sign/date it (evidence for Ofsted)

But that aside - how lovely to feel appreciated and you are obviously doing a great job.

Proof that for every snooty parent out there, there are lots of these lovely ones too

I would get it in writing as Ofsted love this sort of feedback also you can look at it when the job is not going so well
