about 5 min walk
30mins there and back, walking.

Im less than a mile from the school but have to drive as im on a country road and the whole process takes about 10mins (depending on how long i hang around chatting to the other Mums!)
i leave home at 3pm drive to one school and pick up mindees then drive to a kids club 3miles away to pick up 2 others, i get back at about 10 to 4, sometimes 4pm or later if i pick up from an after school activity as well.
I am a 5 min walk and i am opposite the other school playing field
But it is still a pain
we dont stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing
I live about 500 yards behind the school so not long if I don't get chattering

From leaving the house to getting back about 25 mins
I'm not paranoid - the world IS out to get me!
I get there early so i have time for a chat in the playground
we dont stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing
Depending on the children walking it can take from 45 mins to an hour and fifteen minutes
When someone tells you nothing is impossible, tell them to go slam a revolving door
`5 -10 min drive 30 min walk so if I am walking (not very often) there and back takes 1 hour.

1 Hr 10 mins as I like to set of early in case my son (3) refuses to walk or has a fall etc on the way so we are not late (I have a thing about not being late for school pick ups - really bothers me!) The actual walk takes 20 mins max but it's the "forgot my jumper, can't find my reading bag" etc etc that usually takes up time, that's when they are out on time. One of my mindees is ALWAYS last out
Morning -20 mins max which includes 10 mins hanging around for them all to go in (they like to play on the adventure playgroud bit before school starts)
Afternoon- 15 mins as no playing usually.
In cloud cuckoo land somewhere
It takes me 50mins round trip walking.
I leave at 3pm and get back about 3.45/3.50 ish
I do this run 3 times a day as I also have the nursery collection from the same school at lunchtimes
Its a great way to keep fit

I currently don't have a school run although nursery run is a 45minute round trip for me at the moment
If I was to do a school run to my sons school I can leave at 3.10 and be back for 3.30 providing my sons remember everything they should be!!!
takes about 30 mins, first school is 5 min walk then next school 5 min walk from that then my house 5 min walk from 2nd school but they all dordle and my son is always the last one out
Morning run 45 mins and after school run an hour, if it was just me walking prob about 20 mins
I leave the house at 8.20 and back at 9.20.
Afternoons - Leave house at 2.30 - back at about 4pm.
I walk there you see, and have 2 school drops. x
5 mins walk my garden backs on to the school playing field.
Love
