Does anybody have a policy on Swine flu yet, or what we should be telling our parents when a child comes in with a cold????

Yes I have a flu pandemic policy We were advised to have one 2 years ago especially to think about the financcial side...if we are forced to close by government we need to specify what we would expect from parents...retainer/full pay or nothing.

i was thinking this the othe day, all of mine arrived thusday with stinking colds and snotty noses and half way through the day i sudnely wonded if i should have accepted them what with the flu thing at the moment, but then again if it was swine flu surley they would be feeling quite ill and would therefore be obvouis to parents to take them to the docs?
what would i need to put in a flu policy then?
