    Default New Start

Ok as you know I had a lot of mindees leave a while back and have had rather a lean time of late.

However slowly but surely things have stared to change I had a mindee come on board building from 1 after school pw to 3 pw then had an enquiry from a mum for a 4 day place for a baby from Sept. Then I had a couple of time wasters and lastly I had an enquiry for a f/t place from TOMORROW - mum is a bit laid back but has signed up and although they didn't come for all the settling in visits the child will be here tomorrow at 8.00. Due to mums lack of communication etc I've not planned a thing except to attend my old morning haunts - Childrens Centre on Mon, Childminding Group on Tues, Soft play on Wed, Library on Thurs (rhyme time) and then perhaps (for this week only) Early Years Exhibition in Manchester. I am hoping to get her to rest in the afternoon.

So wish me luck she settles and parents are human and pay well. They are moving her from the nursery that C's mum almost put him in - Also Fri & Sat evening Mindee is back - hense I can't stay for the meal on Sat.

Aw thank you for your good wishes - she has been as good as gold - she is such a smiley little thing and as bright as a button - typical little girl - you cant pll the wool over her eyes. She is asleep now hence I'm on here.

She was brilliant at the children's centre the only slight concern I have is that she hasn't eaten much and mum says she eats everything around her - I think it might be her adapting to the changes - she was at nursery last friday and here today so must be a shock to the system.

Its been a good start so fingers crossed it stays that way.
