Quick question about CIS form

Ive finally recieved my form to fill out my details for the CIS site but the care details have confused me

No. registered vacancies ?
No. unregistered places ?
No. unregistered vacancies ?

I have a 10mth old 2 days a week so have
1 part time space for an under 1yr, then i have
1 space for a 1-5yr old and
1 space for a 5-8yr old

So what numbers do i put in each section?

I finally received my form yesterday after chasing the FIS yet again. This bit also confused me, it doesn't make sense does it! I've checked the local CM profiles, generally they put under vacancies "please contact provider".

I would put contact provider so you dont have to remember to update it everytime your hours change.

Mine states part-time places available please contact for futher details.

I ended up phoning them

Registered spaces/vacancies are the under 8yr spaces and the unregistered spaces are for the over 8yr olds
