hands poem?

hi i seem to remember my chidren coming home from nursery with a picture of their hand prints and a poem about them when they were little but i cant remember how it goes. I was hoping somone on here would know what i mean cause I would like to do hand prints and the poem with the little one i care for for mothers day as her sisters are going to make fudge for their mum but she is to little to do the fudge plus theres only so much fudge mum can eat!
does anyone know of the poem i mean and would you be wiling to share please?

I have this one - you can just use part of it as it is quite long - hope it helps!

There are always so many of my fingerprints to see,
On the furniture and walls from sticky, grubby me,
But if you stop and think a while,
You'll see I'm growing fast,
Those little handprints will disappear,
You can't bring back the past.
So here's a small reminder,
To keep not throw away,
Of how those tiny hands once looked,
To make you smile one day.

Ten tiny fingers, that always want to play,
That never stop exploring that wonder of today,
Ten tiny fingers, that from the very start,
Will reach out for tomorrow yet always hold your heart.

Sometimes you get discouraged
Because I am so small
And always leave my handprint
On furniture and wall

But everyday I'm growing
(I'll be all grown someday)
And all those tiny hand prints
Will surely fade away.

So here's a final handprint
Just so you can recall
Exactly how my fingers looked
When they were very small.

Lots of little fingerprints
Grubbying up the walls
They get painted over when
The decorator calls

Smudges on the furniture
And on the tv screen
All removed by polishing
To leave things sparkling clean

Muddy little footprints trail
Across the kitchen floor
But Mrs Mop and bucket come
And then they are no more!

But little children grow so fast
And memories of handprints fade
This souvenir will bring them back
And as you see - it's all HAND-MADE

This is my hand
My hand will do
A thousand loving things for you
You will remember when I am tall,
That once my hand was just this small
