Woke up ealry this morning and have been vomiting since, then to make it worse my new mindee is also down with it so already paraniod mum is going to be worse

Thankfully all my parents were fine but i hate letting people down

Any tips apart from discenfectant to stop it spreading around my lot???

Sorry to hear your ill, but don't worry about disinfecting anything until your better!!! Once your feeling up to it blitz the place with antibacterial spray (light switches, remotes etc) then bleach the bathroom

Oh no, poor you! Try not to worry about paranoid mum - you can't care for her child/ren if you don't feel great yourself, she must be able to understand that, surely?

You concentrate on looking after yourself and getting better, that's the most important thing. I don't like letter people down either, but sometimes these things are out of our control.
