Well its Wednesday night again, Last week posted that I didn't want to go to weigh in( rightly so as had put on 1.5 lbs) but am feeling more positive about tomorrow ( could be something to do with the lack of wine and Baileys this week!!! ). have been to the gym 4 times since last thursday and have really been careful with what I've eaten, so wish me luck

It will be sods law that I've not lost anything wont it. OOOps there I go on a negative..... Think Positive, think positive, think positive

Well I stayed the same this week...but I am trying to be positive...it's better than a gain & I had a big loss last week! Good luck for tomorrow!
PS have you measured yourself as sometimes although you don't loose weight you can loose inches...well cm's anyway!
