Starting WW tonight- wish me luck!

Finally decided to go to my first meeting, really nervous!

No idea what i weight, so tonight will be interesting- think I will need to lose a couple of stone.

Hiya, wishing you good luck although you wont need it ! I go to WW and have been going for about 3 months now. Its daunting I know but I bet once you get there you will wonder what ypu were worrying about. I've lost a stone with another half to go so its taken me a while ( only lose about a pound a week - put on 1.5 last week

) but its a healthy way to lose.

Good luck, wish I was coming with you! I've been to WW and SW and they both worked for me. Course it's all gone back on now!

i went last year and lost a stone and a half and it was great. best thing is i've kept it off. Could do with going again to lose a bit more but i'll get there one day!

Hi all,
Just got back, cant believe I weigh 11st 8!

Well I can actually, when I look at my spare tyres! I have a 5% goal first, so not too bad.

It was a good meeting, lots of info etc. Looking forward to getting started tomorrow. Need to eat lots of choccy tonight!
