Feelings/emotions chart?

I don't knwo how to explain what I want but in the reception classes in DS's school (he's year 6) I have seen these charts and things and the children put their name in how they are feeling.

The best one I saw was a Catapiller (very much like the Hungry one) and each segment had a different emotion, iyswim. It was a 'shop bought' one not one the teacher had made. This is the kind of thing I am after.

I took loads of photos of the children pulling their best 'happy', 'sad', 'angry' etc faces and we put them up each day depending on how we feel when we do the day and month...
