problem getting my sef

my inspection is next week and the inspector today on the phone told me to have a look at my sef - so i dug out the 'token' ofsted sent me - logged on and when i got as far as putting in the security token number i come up with the message:

Our records indicate that you are not currently allowed access to the service you are trying to enrol in.

If you believe you should have access, please contact Ofsted on 08456 404043

Any ideas anyone? Obv. i'll call them tomorrow but its bugging me now!

This is a common one!

You can still fill in the answers to the questions on your computer, so you just need to copy and paste them in later.

Tech help are quite good but it can take a week if you need a new number sending out

sarah - you've confused me even more i'm afraid. i haven't got any questions yet.... this was the first stage to trying to get the sef so i don't know what the questions are even to think about and make notes.
