I have once again discovered a very convienient perk to being a childminder..... You can stand learing (sorry i mean observing

) builders and workmen all in the name of education

. We have some houses being built just around the corner form us so thought it would be lovely to take the 4 year old to see what they were doing . He really enjoyed it and so did I ! Luckily they have only just started so we can have many more walks past the building site in the comin months

I really like them when they have hard hats, jeans, those brown workmen boots and flourescent jackets! Can see where you're coming from with this one! Plus in a few months it will start getting hot.......

Well from June last year to December there was a LOAD of workmen working on the roundabout outside my house so i have kinda developed an obsession with hi-vis clothing lol

my husband has just come off a site wearing exactly that and just walk in the house to me reading your post and laughing, told him what you have said and he said he is for hire at childminding rates hahahahahaha
