    Default PDF's

I have completed my policies and would like to help my group by showing them but don't want to send it by email so they can just copy it into their work

Can anyone tell me how I change it to a pdf?

I use www.primopdf.com. It was recommended to me by Pauline.

You can change the settings when you get it, so you can stop copying and pasting from your document.

You need to play with it as there are a few different settings.

It's very easy to use... you go to print and it's there with your printer.

    It's free

Thanks! I was going to ask exactly the same question as I emailed a pp my handbook and policies and then thought ''oooh what if she's actually a prospective cm who wants to steal my work!!' i'm so cynical!

Make sure every page has some kind of copyright notice on and something that makes it impossible for someone else to use e.g. Wording that relates to you, or logos etc.
