and only the first 100 minders!!!

I am guessing NCMA want to "research" what a minder does during the day with kids and publish the results so it can be used for promotional purposes to sing our praises!!!

Surely if NCMA can't tell the world what it is that we do differently to nurseries no one can!!!

I would say that a childminder is the only source of childcare where the child can have one key worker from birth right through to teens offering a wonderful continuity of care.
