My 1st Day...

Well I managed to summon some enrgy to pop on and let you know how my first day went!

Although absolutely exhausted at having worked from 7.50am until 6.30pm, I have had a fabby day. My little mindee settled extremely well and my big mindees were well behaved and a great help with the LOs.

We had a lovely splashy muddy walk this afternoon so hopefully all 6 kiddies (mine and the mindees) will sleep well tonight!!

I've decided that I'm really going to love this job.

Glad you had such a fabby day Melanie. My first thoughts are always they must be mad when I see some have lots of kiddies but I used to do the same. Just can't do it now, far too old!!!! I'm sure you will love the job, I always have, just one of things that you do love.

I know at the moment the EYFS is getting people down but it really is a great job and so rewarding too
