    Default Mood spoons?!

Has anyone ever done anything with wooden spoons and doing faces on them? Did you just decorate them or I think I read somewhere about giving them different faces to represent Childrens moods, has anyone done this? Looking for ideas thanks :-)

Wooden spoons sounds like a good activity to do with them but you would need good quality crafty bits for them to stand the test of time. About 3 weeks ago I was in the queue at TKMaxx and saw a small box of 1st stage thick cardboard books. Costing £2.99. They are about 3" square and there is 8 of them, each discussing a mood with little cartoons of animals. Happy, sad, lonely, excited etc. I then bought a small mirror and placed it at child height and placed the books in a box beneath and the children practice their facial expressions. They have been very popular.
