Default Leadership and management...what does it mean to CMs?

We had a very interesting session on Twitter as #EYTalking returned from the summer break

Leadership was the topic led by Jenny Johnson of Kids Allowed

Leadership is now one of the 4 areas we get graded under the CIF
How do Cms evidence their Leadership ?
what does it mean when we work on our own?

I was involved in the 2013 discussion about leadership and management and wrote this thread

I remember that session now Sarah.
I reread your post and a few things have changed...LAs for a start.

This time I felt the focus was slightly different...possibly because of Ofsted's CIF...just my feeling!
There was a lot of talk on staff and that is why I posted the question.

This is the link to the collated tweets from last night...see what you think
To make sense of it ...scroll to the bottom of the link and ready from there UP!
