    Default Over lunch time care

Hi, I have had an enquiry for someone who wants can over mid day 10.30-3.30. These hours do not apply to me as i would not be able to go anywhere on those days as other mindee goes home at 2.30. We are always out and about straight after school run at nine.

What would you say sorry cant offer those hours, then explain already out and about so would not be at home but if they wanted to come earlier that is fine?

Yes, I'd say that. And specify 'my latest morning arrival time is 9am' (or whatever).
