    Default Ratios

I'm sure I no I can't do this but I thought I would double check as I'm just starting out.

I have a newborn and a 3 year old. I can't take on an under 1 can I? Even if this would be my only minded child?

If you are in England you have one space available for a child aged 1-5 years.

If you are in Wales you are allowed 2 children under 18 months so could take on another under 1, so you would have a space for 1 child 0-5 years.

Scotland and NI have different rules

NI states you can't have more than one child under 1 but this is silly if a parent came . with twins under 1 to be minded...
