Hi ya.

How and where do you store files and paperwork? 1file per child? 1 file for contracts? 1 for emergency numbers, 1 file per child with everything inc EYFS with learning outcomes and observations etc... oohhh im confuusseeeddd!! :-)

I have 2 per child. On.e has contracts , permissions , fee increase letters etc...contractual stuff....and the other is my version of the learning journey

I have a learning journey with photos, obs and assessments, examples of art work, etc in. I also have a thin plastic wallet in which I keep all the contractual stuff, permissions, pages from the accident book, etc. This is stored inside the LJ but can easily be removed when the LJ gets sent home.
