2 year check

I need to do my first 2 year check. Do I need to do it with parents present or do I ask them to fill in their bits after? Only the parents don't come to the setting as I pick up and drop off from school?

I just filled the sheet out my self then passed it onto parents to add their bit. I photocopied it first though as these things have a habit of disappearing x

My cm friend typed up her page then had a Parental comment section for them to fill in and a bit to sign at bottom, then have them a copy to keep
Also, worth mentioning, the little ones parents were separated so she did 2 copies, one for mum,one for dad xx
