Sibling Costs

Hi,

Does anyone have a suitable invoice for siblings? Is there such a thing? I think my clients are getting a little frustrated at me using complicated invoices for each of their kids.

I send the same style invoice for all my children regardless if they are siblings or not. It's just a date- hours attended at what fee per hour-then a total. I do this for each session then total it all at the bottom.

I put siblings on the same invoice with their initial next to the individual cost.

I use same invoice for families (had 3 from 1 familiy) just put childcare for A ......
Childcare forB ......
Childcare for C......then total

Yeah I also have them on same invoice and just list cost and hours for each child xx

If they are doing different hours then they get an invoice per child for me.
