Default Help please 2/3 year olds

    Hello

I have been minding for a year next month, and just taken on a 3 year old (well 3 end of this month - sept) , i have my own daughter who is just turned 2 last month and another little girl who will be 2 in dec.

The 3 year old is no more advanced than the 2 children i have. Can anyone tell me what he should be doing, compared to the 2 year olds etc. as i am clueless!

    Thanks

depends if they are one month age apart or a year.....I would expect the older one to be communicating a bit better and be toilet trained?

There is almost a year apart, and apart from slightly clearer speech - (and only slightly!!) you wouldnt know there was a year apart.

In my opinion he is nowhere near ready to be potty trained, he doesnt tell me when he needs changed, done a wee or even a poo. X

This is why boys should go to school later. They do develop later than girls. You might find in the right setting- your home! He will be ok. Check the age bands on DM.
