    I have just done it...absolutely brilliant!!! with plenty of space for your own comments especially on play, age children go to school and much more!

    Isn't it great when you have a survey that allows you to write what you want rather than using the prescriptive tick boxes!!

    I hope many cms will input into this survey....show your knowledge!
