Hi I would like some advice please if anyone can help me.
I have a term time mindee and the contract is up for renewal in August. The contract is term time but arranged cover in the holidays . Lo is in the process of changing nursery and it is too far for me to collect lo from. Should the contract be terminated as I won't have lo in the holidays and don't know when she'll will be back possibly not til oct,but termination can't be done in holiday period. Would the school holiday be classed as holiday as the arrangement was care tba in the holidays. We originally agreed that payment should be until the review but I'm not sure what the best thing to do now. I hope it makes sense but any advice would be helpful
