    Default Money owed

Hi guys just after some advice...

Had a child leave me as he's starting nursery his last day was Tuesday the mum owed me £100 in fees when she collected she said she would transfer me the money that evening... Evening come and went and no money.
I sent her a text today with no reply... What do I do now? She's always been a pain in paying me.
Thank you for any advice Given x

I would phone instead of texting as theres no avoiding you that way. Or you could write a letter with an invoice and say that if it is not paid by such a date an outside debt collection agency will be contacted. Hope you manage to get it.

Go round to her house and ask for payment. Don't do texts its easy to ignore or lie in texts, do it face to face.

If she hasn't got it, prepare a letter before you go advising that you require payment within 24 hours or you will action legal proceedings, whether you do is up to you but let her know you mean 'business'.

She is taking a flyer, and if you let her off the hook she is £100 better off, don't leave it any longer - do it tonight.
