Default Setting up a soft play

What would ofsted require from a childminder if I were to set up a soft play centre or crèche ? How would it work on numbers I'm thinking of opening a small soft play in a centre where adults stay on the premises at all times and for 4 hours a day but no longer than two hours at a time , this is so adults can do different courses in the same building any thoughts or advice would be grand thank you
