    Default Ending a contact letter

    Hi can somebody help me I need do write up a letter to a parent ending the contact on good terms just not sure what I could write?
    Thank you in advance ladies always great advice in here

    I'd just keep it simple and polite. don't feel that you have to give in depth reasons, just plainly state along lines of "It is with regret that I am writing to you to inform you of my intention to terminate our contract agreement in regards to childcare for ***** as per your contract this is *** weeks notice and ****'s last day in the setting will be ****. It has been a pleasure looking after ***** and we wish you all the very best for the future"

    Can also put something in along lines of if they need help looking for other minders in the area or whatever if you are prepared to help with that....
