Can anyone tell me who prospects are I have just had a message left on phone. Saying it is prospect on behalf of OFSTED ?? I haven't got any idea who they are :{

They come out to inspect your home. They are who did my pre registration visit. Contact them back to arrange visit good luck x

I only have one early years and I only have her for a couple of hours after nursery finishes at 3 pm all the rest are after school but over 8 s, will they come out at that time? I'm so nervous about ringing them back
