    Default Newbie..needs assistance

Hi ...just wondering if anyone could help. I would like to do a baking activity with my children. The only problem is that one little boy has a gluten and wheat intolerence...he is allergic to strawberries and is on a strict vegan diet..so no dairy or eggs either....any ideas what I could bake with him? Dont want him to miss out on the funor any good books or websites with child friendly recipies ...any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd look on Amazon for a recipe book - there are books to cater for all tastes - or ask parents for some ideas maybe !

Not sure if you are on Facebook but look up 'just eat real food' it's a paleo diet which means there are lots of yummy looking baking recipes which don't use dairy or eggs or wheat but they do use things like coconut flour etc. have heard the coconut flour is expensive but it lasts. Good luck!
