My local authority also have a family information services telephone number where we send in our details and when parents want childcare might be full time or before school if parent calls them tells them what school they need childcare for they give out inordinate on all the minders linked o that school. I am lucky n that our school does allow minders to advertise. You could try local health centre some on some do not allow advertising. I have magnetic signs on my car.
Children are born with wings we help them to fly.

99% of my business is word of mouth. Talk to everyone you meet and let them know you are a childminder. Toddler groups, nursery, school, the shops and the park etc.
