    Default Well that was a shocker!!!!

    You may remember about 5-6 weeks ago I went on what I thought was a Basic Food Hygiene Course but turned out to be a whole lot more complicated with lots of long Latin words

    Well I'd completely put the horrid 6 hour experience behind me and forgot all about it. So was shocked to find a lovely certificate in the post today with a nice big PASS on it

    The Certificate says 'Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering' - it almost makes it sound like I can cook!!

    I think the bloke we had was a pain in the **** to be true. Most couses I've done the lecturer tries to makes it all jolly and relaxed ........... this bloke was 'up himself' and pompus - loved all the lond words for al the germs and bugs .
