Default Confused on the early years ratios

    Hi,

I am really confused about these early years ratios? I am sure I read they weren't allowing the extra numbers anymore as they "listened" about the arising issues re: safety etc.....however if i have read wrong and we have been allowed these extra numbers then am i right in saying we don't need to do these variations for ofsted anymore and no longer is space a consideration?

What is being put forward is still 6 under 8 years, 4 under 5 years of which 2 can be under 1 years. So no increase in numbers just some amendments in the under 5s.

This is a proposal - not law yet.

No changes to anything until they have consulted on the plan they intend to implement!

Ahh, the fragrant Sarah: voice of reasoned calm.

Actually, you and I know that - but is there a prize for the first DW found putting this about as legislation?
