by buying Paul McKenna's book ' I can make you thin ' ( the one with the cd )!!!

Has any one tried it ? what did you think ?

If thi doesnt work its the Cambridge diet next lol xx

I've got that book and CD and it didn't work for me after the first week, but then I have no will power at all.

I had the book, not with CD, and I found it too boring so couldn't do it! Ha ha! I switch off easily when it comes to diets!

If you've lost 11lbs after ready only half the book then im sure this is the right diet for you!!!

I gave this a go but have to say it lasted a day and had no effect whatsoever

I bought the book and cd on sunday and started on monday. Since then i have been really amazed by how i feel , I keep telling Hazel I feel like ive been brain washed

ive just followed the 4 golden rules stated in the book and listened to the cd every night x I do feel really different, when i weighed myself on tuesday i had lost 3lb since last thursday but he asks you not to weigh yourself for 2 weeks

so im really trying to stickto that x

Hopefully i will be able to report a good weight loss when i weigh myself then xx
