    Default Paperwork for variations

Ok so I potentially need to grant myself a variation for January allowing 4 under 5s. I've risk assessed and considered all the points in my head but now need to put together some paperwork to prove to parents and Ofsted that I have considered everything.

Please can someone give me a checklist with what I need?

Although the EYFS doesnt state it, my dev worker is saying I need signed permissions and written risk assessments for every senario. I want to absolutely cover my back so would welcome any suggestions please.
