Starting childminding checklist - help needed please

Hi everyone, I am recently registered and just want to make sure that the checklist I wrote sounds ok and I haven't missed anything out...apologies in advance for the ocd'ness of it

1) Get registered
2) Get Public Liability Insurance
3) Organise paperwork of contracts, child record forms, attendance register, accident, incident & medication folder and visitors book
4) Start an accounts book and keep all receipts in order
5) When an under school age mindee starts, get a learning journey and basic daily diary ready for them

On a daily basis, should I do the following:

1) Quick risk assessment before mindees arrive
2) When they knock at the door, check the time to write down in the attendance register
3) Fill in daily diary for under school age mindees throughout the day detailing nappy changes / toilet time, meal times, general mood
4) If any visitors come to the house, get them to sign the visitors book
5) When Parents come to collect, make a note of the time for attendance register

Is there anything that I'm missing?
